This existing dwelling in Richmond had, as they say, good bones, but needed a complete interior and exterior transformation to make it suitable for modern family living.

Our client was tasked with undertaking this renovation for a family who wanted to preserve the beauty and keep the ageless appeal of this 3 bed 2 bathroom home, but needed it to be a stylish and functional space that’s welcoming and inviting to live in.

The Brief:

The aim was to modernise, to bring light, functionality, comfort and timeless appeal to the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home in Richmond Victoria.

The Solution:

Woodcut’s Pale Oak Flooring fit the brief of timeless appeal perfectly. Constructed with a European Oak top layer in a natural grade, it adds lightness to the home while preserving the ageless appeal of Oak. Woodcut’s Brass Insert Nosing used on the stairs is a stylish safety feature that also assists to protect them.
